FRIDAY I ATE

Breakfast: Granola, cranberry juice
Lunch: Super burrito from Cancun. The pumpkin seed salsa was perfect complement to the al pastor
Afternoon snack: Diet Pepsi
Dinner: “SHAWAFEL” wrap from SAJJ food truck at the Oakland Museum of California, which is a mix of Shawarma and Falafel. It was OK, but Suzanne had a pork bowl from a different truck that was outstanding.

Breakfast: Granola, cranberry juice
Lunch: Leftover pizza
Afternoon snack: Mocha frapuccino
Dinner: Pork tenderloin with an awesome corn-pepper-avocado salsa. Green beans, salad
Dessert: Spice cake with Penuche frosting from an old Betty Crocker cookbook.

THURSDAY I ATE

not much… apparently the hummus from yesterday was past its best-by date…
Breakfast: Applesauce
Lunch: Cup of soup
Dinner: A little bit of pork tenderloin, sweet potato, applesauce. Ginger ale
Dessert: Eliza’s nibby chocolate chip cookies. I may be on the mend

SUNDAY I ATE

Breakfast: 
Morning Snack: Bread and apple, both with peanut butter
Lunch: BBQ bacon burger from Cafe 152 in Gilroy. This was a very good burger, and their chipotle ketchup was a great find. The onion ring on the burger was so good that I wished I’d ordered a plate of them. The french fries were a touch soggy
Afternoon snack: Some chips and dip as we prepped dinner
Dinner: Pork tenderloin and some lamb tips from TJ’s. Also green beans and rice
Dessert: A selection of ice cream desserts from TJ’s including little cones, mini ice cream sandwiches, and bon bons. Also a couple of Flourarrangements experimental chocolate cookies. Also a coke zero to wile away a long late night drive

Morning snack: Iced tea
Lunch: Pork chili verde super burrito from Gordo. Coke zero. I’m full.
Dinner: Leftover spaghetti, green salad
Dessert: Peanut butter cups from TJ’s

MONDAY I ATE

Location: Vancouver to cruise ship
Breakfast: bagel with peanut butter and blueberries. Hot tea
Lunch: Ramen with pork from Marutamen ramen off Robson street in Vancouver
Afternoon snack: coke zero, soft serve ice cream
Dinner: first dinner on the cruise. Shrimp appetizer, pear and arugula salad, lamb chops with potato gratin
Dessert: Creme brulee

WEDNESDAY I ATE

Location: Friday Harbor
Breakfast: Toast with peanut butter
Lunch: An amazing Panang pork curry dished up by Alan’s backdoor lunch spot. So nice to be back at FHL where friends share.
Afternoon snack: Chocolate chips, Coke Zero
Dinner: BBQ chicken, quinoa, green salad, some cucumber thing
Dessert: A s’mores ice cream cake from Hayley’s

TUESDAY I ATE

Breakfast: Granola with mango and blueberries. Hot tea
Lunch: Roast beef and rocket! The original, at market chef. So very happy. They also had the Buffalo Bleu kettle chips that they have speed selling in California. Diet coke
Afternoon snack: chocolate chip cookie from Market Chef. Coke zero
Dinner: potluck. There was crab, there was pulled pork, choeps and guacamole and potato salad, and other stuff, too. Coke zero
Dessert:  Abel’s birthday cake, homemade ice cream, a ton of chocolate chip cookie dough.

WEDNESDAY I ATE

Breakfast: Granola, cranberry juice
Morning Snack: Apple
Lunch: Leftover pork chop sandwich
Afternoon snack: Leftover chocolate peanut butter skillet cookie. Coke zero
Dinner: Pizza, antipasto, and ceasar salad from Tommaso’s in North Beach. One of Tim’s favorite pizza places. We rolled in there with a whole bunch of kids and took the center table and had a great time.
Dessert: Gelato from Naia in North Beach. I had a chocolate, peppermint patti, and strawberry chocolate combo. Awesome.

Lunch: Roast beef panini from Caffe Terzetto. Pretty tasty sandwich with really sharp mustard
Afternoon snack: Coke zero
Dinner: Pork chops with asparagus and applesauce
Dessert: The photo version of the peach shortcake
