Saturday I ate

Breakfast: yogurt and chocolate granola
Lunch: turkey sandwich with cucumber and radish. Buffalo bleu chips
Afternoon snack: TJs mints, some of the chocolate pie crust dough Suzanne was working on. Iced tea
Dinner: Chicken enchiladas. Homemade tomatillo salsa. Last dinner with Andy and Kyra before they depart for his postdoc in Chicago. Fun socially distanced dinner in the back yard
Dessert: experimental salted caramel cups
