THURSDAY I ATE

Breakfast: Oatmeal with nibs and blueberries
Morning Snack: Mini cupcakes that were sitting around work
Lunch: Leftover Zacchary’s pizza
Afternoon snack: Coke zero… then a diet coke and some chocolate chip cookies at a meeting
Dinner: Corned Beef with cabbage and potatoes, natch. Washed down with a Guinness. Happy Saint Patrick’s Day
Dessert:

SATURDAY I ATE

Lunch: Ceasar salad, fusilli with bolognaise, fusilli with a gorganzolla cream sauce, chicken breast, chocolate cheesecake, iced tea, diet pepsi
Afternoon snack: Iced tea
Dinner: Crab and corn chowder, oysters on the half shell

FRIDAY I ATE

Breakfast: Oatmeal with raisins, cranberry juice (at meeting)
Lunch: Banquet food: chicken, squash, potatoes, salad, cheesecake. Diet Pepsi
Dinner: Went to Dan and Louis Oyster Bar in Portland. Had a couple of oysters on the half shell and then a plate of house-smoked salmon fish and chips. I was worried it would ruin the smoked salmon flavor, but it was fantastic

THURSDAY I ATE

Breakfast: Oatmeal with nibs and raspberries
Lunch: Roast beef panini from Cafe Terzetto at Mission Bay. Mediocre, with bland cheese and not enough mustard
Afternoon snack: Java chip frappuccino, coke zero, airplane peanuts
Dinner: A Yellow belly Burger from Deschutes Brewery in Portland. It was a delicious collection of flavors (ground beef, braised pork belly, tomatoes, goat cheese) but ultimately it fell apart on the first bite, leaving me to eat the pieces individually. French fries, too.

FRIDAY I ATE

Breakfast: Quiche
Morning Snack: Bacon
Lunch: Well, kinda full from bacon, so skipped actual lunch.
Afternoon snack: Went to Burger Me in Truckee. Had a awesome burger stuffed with 5 cheese and jalapeno with fried onions on top. Also onion rings and sweet potato fries. Diet pepsi. Felt a little gnarly at the end, actually.

Dinner: Had a snow-cone appetizer (Eliza made with snow and Kool Aid). Later had some chili and cornbread and some leftover Mac&Cheese
Dessert: Leftover chocolate raspberry cake and a chocolate chip cookie

Breakfast: Pancakes and Eliza made lemon ice out of fresh snow
Morning Snack: Ritz crackers
Lunch: Grilled peanut butter and jelly. Buffalo Bleu chips. Apple
Afternoon snack: Coke zero, popcorn
Dinner: Mac&Cheese, green salad
Dessert: Eliza made chocolate chip cookies. We didn’t eat them, but we had a LOT of the dough. Also some chocolate covered sea salt butterscotch pellets from TJ’s

WEDNESDAY I ATE

Breakfast: Oatmeal with nibs and raspberries
Lunch: Ramen with leftover ham
Afternoon snack: Java chip Frapuccino and some jalapeno popcorn
Dinner: Split a plate of enchiladas, rice, and beans from Tacos Jalisco in Truckee
Dessert: A slice of chocolate raspberry cake from Safeway. Every bit as sweet as you’d expect

SATURDAY I ATE

Lunch: Pulled pork sandwich at Husick’s General Store in Clarksburg. This place was really cool; looked like an awesome spot to sit and have a beer. The meat was good, though a touch dry. I tried a bite of the brisket, and it was great. Tasty sauce. Diet Pepsi
Afternoon snack: Diet coke
Dinner: Miscellaneous appetizers at SI reunion… some sports bar in Sacramento (Fieldhouse American Pub) quesadilla, fries, slider. Diet coke
Dessert: A peppermint brownie

Morning Snack:  Halloween candy
Lunch: grilled chicken and bacon sandwich on focaccia from place bear work
Afternoon snack: after seminar food: chicken skewers, crackers with cheese, brownie
Dinner: cookie, mixed nuts
