WEDNESDAY I ATE

Breakfast: Oatmeal with nibs and raspberries
Lunch: Ramen with leftover ham
Afternoon snack: Java chip Frapuccino and some jalapeno popcorn
Dinner: Split a plate of enchiladas, rice, and beans from Tacos Jalisco in Truckee
Dessert: A slice of chocolate raspberry cake from Safeway. Every bit as sweet as you’d expect
