SUNDAY I ATE

Breakfast: Oatmeal with cocoa nibs
Morning Snack: Scraps of chocolate cake
Lunch: Chicken sandwich with avocado
Afternoon snack: Java chip frapuccino (perfect after a cold day ice skating)
Dinner: Chicken saltimbocca with green beans, potatoes, green salad
Dessert: Experimental chocolate cake with creme de menthe frosting
