Sunday I ate

Breakfast: Yogurt, granola, blueberries
Lunch: Turkey sandwich. Buffalo Bleu chips. Eaten while cruising on the bay
Afternoon snack: Dutch chocolate chip milkshake from Fenton’s
Dinner: Rice and beans. Still full from milkshake
Dessert: See above…

Bears: The @greenhousebears still having a tea party

Saturday I ate

Breakfast: Yogurt + Granola + fresh blueberries… the blueberry bushes are really cranking them out now
Lunch: Turkey sandwich with blue cheese and arugula on Semifredis sour batard. Grilled. Amazing. Plus Buffalo Bleu chips and a dill pickle
Afternoon snack: Iced tea. A leftover angel food cake cupcake
Dinner: Eliza made a different recipe of her ground beef bulgogi.
Dessert:

Tuesday I ate

Breakfast: Yogurt, granola, fresh blueberries 

Lunch: Amazing sandwich Tessa suggested… blue cheese on sliced brioche with salami. Buffalo bleu chips 

Afternoon snack: Went to frozen yogurt. Iced tea 

Dinner: Butternut squash risotto. Brussel sprouts with bacon and maple syrup. Not sure where the recipe was from. It was delicious, but we let it sit on the pan before we served it and the syrup all stuck to the foil. Would have been better to have tossed it in a bowl still hot so it cooled on the sprouts. 

Dessert: The last of the vanilla cream pie. Farewell lovely dessert! 

Bears: The @greenhousebears are still flying kites

WEDNESDAY I ATE

Breakfast: English muffin with cream cheese and strawberries
Morning Snack: A mini cheesecake cookie
Lunch: Turkey sandwich, Buffalo bleu chips
Afternoon snack: Coke zero
Dinner: Thai food… Bua Lunag in Albany. The lamb Mas man was exceptional
Dessert: Cupcake

Afternoon snack: Diet Pepsi, some Ghirradeli chocolate
Dinner: Spaghetti with meatballs. Green salad
Dessert: Leftover blonde brownies

Morning Snack: Pastries at B Patisserie in San Francisco. Amazing cookies, scones, cheese Danish. Iced tea.
Lunch: Burger and fries at FarmBurger in Berkeley. Kind of a hipster burger joint. Very good.
Afternoon snack: Coke zero
Dinner: Little Star Pizza. Green salad.
Dessert: Blonde Brownies

Breakfast: Hot tea. English muffin
Morning Snack: Iced tea. Brownie
Lunch: Grilled mozarella and tomato sandwich
Afternoon snack: Soccer party… watermellon, cupcake, hot dog.
Dinner: Ate at Five in Berkeley. Great meal. Smoked gouda mac&cheese appetizer. Gnocchi with lamb as main course.
Dessert: Chocolate chip cookies at Berkeley Rep.

Morning Snack: experimental Blueberry Muffins
Lunch: Little chicken and beef sandwiches at a conference. Also chocolate chip cookie
Afternoon snack: Coke zero
Dinner: Leftover enchiladas, rice and beans
Dessert: Ice cream (cookie dough and thin mint) with hot fudge
