Breakfast: Grapenuts, cranberry juice
Lunch: Turkey sandwich with cheddar and cranberry jam
Afternoon snack: A tiny bit of leftover peanut butter tart. A couple of chocolate eggs. Coke zero
Dinner: A hamburger with blue cheese and bacon at The Cooperage. French fries. Part of a Caesar salad
Dessert: Split a skillet s’more (homemade graham cracker with chocolate topped with a sheet of house-made marshmallow in a 4″ skillet. Also a few bites of a “Ho Ho cake.” Then ate a bunch of chocolate ganache while frosting Tessa’s castle cake
Lunch: Leftover pork with rice and broccoli
Afternoon snack: Coke zero. Chocolate buttercream frosting from the cake I was working on
Dinner: Turkey pot pie and green salad. Celebrating Dad’s birthday
Dessert: Angel food cake with chocolate buttercream frosting.
Frosting recipe from: http://savorysweetlife.com/2011/04/chocolate-buttercream-frosting/. It was good as written, but I found it improved with an extra couple of tablespoons of Special Dark cocoa
Lunch: Turkey sandwich with hummus
Afternoon snack: Pie crust, chocolate chips, coke zero
Dinner: Pork loin chops with a Chinese spice rub from the Cook’s Illustrated Quick Recipes
Dessert: Blackberries and ice cream
Breakfast: Grapenuts, cranberry juice
Lunch: Leftover Mac&Cheese
Afternoon snack: M&Ms, Coke Zero, also this awesome firecracker chocolate bar from Trader Joes with pop rocks in it!
Dinner: Hot dog from Costco
Dessert: Raspberry Cream heart from See’s Candy
Breakfast: Donuts and pork sausage. Delicious combination
Lunch: Split a buffalo chicken sandwich and fruits at RG Burger in Carmel.
Afternoon snack: hot chocolate

Afternoon snack: Candy, specifically Skittles and chocolate hearts. Coke zero
Dinner: Pork and apple pie. This is from some cookbook from the 1960’s filled with recipes that were old back then (Yankee Hill Country Cooking
). Pretty great flavor, but a bit watery.
