Monday I ate

Breakfast: Cinnamon roll… picked up a box at Ikea this weekend while buying a rug for the bears
Lunch: Leftover chili
Afternoon snack: TJ”s peppermints. Iced tea
Dinner: Leftover arugula pasta
Dessert: Experimental chocolate ice cream meringue pie. Honestly, it was a failure because it was too hard to serve and the meringue was gooey. But oh, was it delicious. Used the chocolate ice cream recipe from Cooks Illustrated.
