Sunday I ate

Breakfast: Chocolate granola and yogurt
Lunch: Leftover fettuccine alfredo… reheated in a non-stick pan with a couple of tablespoons milk over low heat. Added some Parmesan cheese. Not as good as fresh, but the best warmed-up leftover Alfredo I’ve had.
Afternoon snack: Tj’s peppermints. Iced tea
Dinner: Eliza made Orange chicken, following the recipe here:

It was awesome. Suzanne went shopping and brought home fresh oranges for the juice. Best orange chicken I’ve ever had.
Dessert: Gingerbread with ice cream
