Sunday I ate
Breakfast: Yogurt, granola, fresh blueberries
Lunch: Leftover Little Star pizza
Afternoon snack: Leftover experimental Swiss roll. Iced tea
Dinner: made blue cheese stuffed burgers using Beyond Meat. They were a reasonable success. Cooked them sous vide @ 140F for 50 minutes. Then seared on grill with blowtorch. Might have over seared them a bit. Flavor was decent. Not exactly like meat, but not bad, either. Texture was very similar to well done burger. Would definitely do again.
Dessert: Hot fudge sundae
