Breakfast: English muffin with cream cheese and strawberries.
Morning Snack: Some muffin and other snacks at bike-to-work day booths. Apple.
Lunch: A sandwich and chips at a meeting. Diet coke
Afternoon snack: Venti mocha frappuccino. Some cookies left around the office.
Dinner: Noodles with pork and snow peas.
