THURSDAY I ATE
Breakfast: English muffin with cream cheese and jelly. Salami.
Morning Snack: Apple
Lunch: Turkey and havarti sandwich. Green salad. Oatmeal raisin cookie (conference food)
Afternoon snack: Iced tea. Some nuts. (it was a conference about diabetes, which means the snacks kinda sucked)
Dinner: Genova raviolis with meat sauce. Green salad.
Dessert: Experimental chocolate cupcakes with buttercream frosting.
