WEDNESDAY I ATE

Breakfast: Oatmeal with nibs and raspberries
Morning Snack: Apple
Lunch: Ham sandwich
Afternoon snack: Iced tea
Dinner: Pork short rib poboy with horseradish. Pelican Poboys at the food trucks. Tasty sandwich… maybe a little small, but very tasty.
Dessert: Frozen yogurt from As You Like It
