Breakfast: Yogurt and granola plus OJ at meeting
Morning Snack: Chocolate muffin
Lunch: Sandwich and butternut squash soup
Afternoon snack:Chocolate chip cookies and fudge brownies
Dinner: Le Garage in Sausalito… French hipster food in a hipster paradise… down by the docks in a wharf-like building filled with sail lofts and .com fortunes. Here’s how we rolled:
Starters of fried squash blossoms stuffed with honey goat cheese, plus a Assiette de Charcuterie (cured meat platter). I had a french plum glazed Alaskan black cod (sablefish) with chanterelles and a sunchoke puree. Delicious.
Dessert: Apparently this dinner wasn’t enough. When I got home, Suzanne had made an experimental chocolate mint bundt cake.
