Monday I Ate:
Breakfast: Shredded Wheat and grapefruit juice.
Mid-morning snack: Apples and grapes.
Lunch: Reheated the leftover grilled cheese sandwich I mistakenly ordered for my daughter yesterday at Gott’s Roadside; she totally asked for chicken tenders, and I totally did not order them for her. She was willing to eat the sandwich, but when she flashed us her sad eyes, we went back to order the chicken for her.
Afternoon snack: Pecans, dried cherries.
Dinner: Ham & cheese stuffed chicken breasts (from Cook’s Illustrated Quick Recipe Cookbook), broccoli, rice, green salad.
Dessert : Leftover birthday cake.
