Breakfast: French toast a la Tessa. With maple syrup in the batter.
Lunch: Carnitas burrito at Baja Fresh in San Jose. Coke Zero
Afternoon snack: Chocolate bark from Costco
Dinner: Hamburgers, stuffed with brie and blue cheese, plus bacon
Dessert: Experimental profiterols. Mixed with balsalmic vinegar roasted strawberries. Awesome. Plus raspeberry sorbet in champagne. Also awesome.
Breakfast: Granola, cranberry juice, hot tea
Lunch: Flatbread turkey wrap
Afternoon snack: Chocolate chips, Coke Zero
Dinner: 1/2 a carnitas burrito at Picante
Breakfast: Granola, cranberry juice
Lunch: Burrito. Sadly, the cheap place in my building raised their prices by $2, so I think I’m done eating there… it’s an OK burrito, but not worth $6.
Afternoon snack: Bits of cookies, coke zero
Dinner: Butternut squash risotto
Dessert: Raspberries with vanilla ice cream and some leftover ganache heated up and drizzled over the top
Morning Snack: Odwalla Strawberry C-monster
Lunch: Burrito, Diet coke
Afternoon snack: Chocolate milk shake (in solidarity with dad, who had a sore throat), diet coke, and a bit of chocolate bar
Dinner: Ceasar salad
Dessert: bit more chocolate bar
Breakfast: Grapenuts, cranberry juice
Lunch: Al pastor burrito from Burrito Express
Afternoon snack: Coke zero
Dinner: Pizza rolls with prosciutto
Dessert: Lemon bars
Lunch: Border burrito with chicken at Dos Coyotes. Always a favorite if we happen to be driving through Davis
Afternoon snack: Hummus with pita chips
Dinner: Pasta with pesto, salad, bread. At uncle Dan’s
Dessert: Chocolate chip cookies. Too many chocolate chip cookies.
Breakfast: Grapenuts with cranberry juice and fresh strawberries
Lunch: Pork chili verde burrito from Burrito Express
Dinner: Salad (from the garden) and an artichoke
Dessert: ice cream and some of this hot fudge I just found in the fridge
