FRIDAY I ATE

Breakfast: Oatmeal with raspberries and nibs
Morning Snack: Raspberry chocolate cordials… just a few
Lunch: Full on turkey, stuffing, mashed potatoes, green beans, gravy, cranberry sauce, rolls, etc.
Afternoon snack: Pumpkin and apple pie. Diet Pepsi
Dinner: A very small turkey sandwich
