WEDNESDAY I ATE
Breakfast: Grapenuts, cranberry juice, 4 strawberries
Luinch: Leftover tomato/bread salad
Afternoon snack: A few squares of chocolate from Trader Joes… amazingly good. Also a Coke Zero, but it was right after I read a piece in Nature about artificial sweeteners causing changes in the gut biomes of mice, and it kind of bummed me out.
Dinner: Leftover pizza while listening to music in the park… an Albany fall tradition
Dessert: Experimental nibby shortbread
