Friday I Ate:
Breakfast: Shredded Wheat and grapefruit juice
Mid-morning snack: yogurt, experimental lemon shortbread cookies
Lunch: omelet with red pepper, scallions, parsley, and Colby jack cheese
Dinner: fast food in the Oakland airport. Eliza and Tessa though Burger King was nifty. Burritos from Otaez were OK, too
