SUNDAY I ATE

Morning Snack: A mini Snickers bar grabbed from a booth at AAAS
Lunch: Turkey sandwich with cream cheese and cranberry jelly from Main Street Cafe and Books in Los Altos. It was pretty good, maybe a bit dry.
Afternoon snack: Coke zero
Dinner: Fondue… traditional and a cheddar with apple cider one. That was great, but when it got hot, the cheese got a bit gritty
Dessert: Blackberry pie, made for a Pi day post

WEDNESDAY I ATE

Breakfast: Grapenuts, cranberry juice
Lunch: Roast beef sandwich with horseradish from Ratto’s Deli. The roast beef was tender, the roll was soft, the horseradish was spicy. So, no RB&R, but a fine sandwich.
Afternoon snack: Peanut M&M’s (dark), coke zero
Dinner: Beef stew, green salad.
Dessert: Chocolate fondue with experimental meringue hearts.

SATURDAY I ATE

Breakfast: Custard-filled chocolate bar from All-Star doughnuts
Lunch: Leftover buttermilk chicken on top of Eliza’s leftover fried rice
Afternoon snack:A few chocolate chips. Coke zero.
Dinner: Fondue. One, classic, with grueyere, another that was cheddar with applesauce. Supposed to be apple-butter, but we were out, so Suzanne reduced some applesauce down. The cheese melted in a weird way, but the flavor was nice.
Dessert: Chocolate fondue. Nice with the Guittard chocolate. Make a double recipe for 8. Tessa was quite a fan.
