Lunch: Leftover Corn and Tomato Risotto
Afternoon snack: Just a little bit of candy. Coke Zero.
Dinner: Pizza and salad at a friend’s house. I confess, I like gourmet pizza with interesting stuff on it, but sometimes I also like to steal a slice of pepperoni from the kids’ box.
Dessert: A couple of Buckeye’s (chocolate peanut butter balls) our friend brought from Ohio.
Breakfast: Chocolate croissant from Bittersweet
Lunch: Turkey sandwich
Afternoon snack: Peanut butter M&M’s with regualar M&M’s as a mixer
Dinner: Homemade Pizza
Breakfast: custard filled chocolate donut. (All Star Donuts)
Lunch: turkey sandwich with hummus.
Mid-afternoon snack: experimental salted caramel chocolate cupcake (look for them on Flour Arrangements)
Dinner: Ordered pizza from Albany Pizza Company (the chicken was really good).

Mid-morning snack: a handful of dried apricots
Lunch: leftover mac-and-cheese (from The Joy of Cooking)
Mid-afternoon snack: lemon-raspberry muffins, carrots
Dinner: green salad and pizza topped with roasted garlic, dried cherries, prosciutto, and Gorgonzola cheese
Breakfast: Shredded Wheat and grapefruit juice
Mid-morning snack: honey yogurt, cookie dough-brownie bonbons
Lunch: leftover brussels sprouts and bacon pizza
Mid-afternoon snack: carrots sticks, celery, and cucumber slices,
Dinner: pasta with broccoli rabe and sausage (from Cook’s Illustrated Quick Recipe Cookbook), green salad, cookie dough-brownie bonbons
Breakfast: Grapenuts with cranberry juice
Lunch: leftover chili
Mid-afternoon snack: some dark chocolate M&M’s, some peanut butter M&M’s, a couple of Reese’s peanut butter easter eggs, Coke Zero
Dinner: green salad, brussels sprouts and bacon pizza (from White on Rice Couple) made from brussels sprouts left over from April Fool’s joke, See’s candy
