MONDAY I ATE

Breakfast: Grapenuts, cranberry juice
Lunch: Leftover rice and taco meat with cheese
Afternoon snack: Candy and coke zero
Dinner: Leftover tacos
Dessert: Leftover apple pie with ice cream. Plus a ton of royal icing from Tessa’s 100th day of school cake project.

SUNDAY I ATE

Lunch: Some pasta from Trader Joe’s with cheese and prosciutto in little pockets.
Afternoon snack: Peanuts and raisins. Coke zero
Dinner: Tacos.
Dessert: Apple pie. With ice cream.

THURSDAY I ATE

Breakfast: Grapenuts, cranberry juice
Morning Snack: Apple
Lunch: Leftover beef stew
Afternoon snack: Some delicious cookies thanks to Eve. The Ceylon ones were truly delicious. I mean, so were the chocolate ones, but that’s a given. Also: Coke Zero.
Dinner: Pasta with a lemon-herb sauce
Dessert: Hot fudge sundae

THURSDAY I ATE

Breakfast: Grapenuts, cranberry juice
Morning Snack: Apple
Lunch: Leftover pasta with sundried tomato pesto. Not sure how long it’s been in the fridge, but I guess I could go back on this blog.
Afternoon snack: Lemon bars, also Coke Zero
Dinner: Leftover tacos. Still awesome the second time around.

WEDNESDAY I ATE

Breakfast: Grapenuts, cranberry juice
Morning Snack: Apple
Lunch: Turkey sandwich
Afternoon snack: French fries smothered in white gravy with a side of pulled pork. Astonishingly, I hod nothing to do with ordering this, and was seated in front of it along with several vegetarians who were no help at all
Dinner: Ate at Costco. Since I was stuffed with fries and pork (see above) I just nibbled other people’s pizza and bbq beef sandwich.
Dessert: Leftover lemon bars

TUESDAY I ATE

Breakfast: Grapenuts, cranberry juice
Morning Snack: Apple
Lunch: Turkey sandwich with leftover sauted onions on a leftover pizza-dough roll
Afternoon snack: Chocolate chip cookie from Aroma. Coke zero
Dinner: Rice and beans and cheese
Dessert: Ice cream on banana blondie.

MONDAY I ATE

Breakfast: Grapenuts, cranberry juice
Morning Snack: Apple
Lunch: Turkey sandwich with cranberry juice. Stupidly, I forgot to use the rolls Suzanne made last night. Hope they are still good tomorrow.
Afternoon snack: Coke zero
Dinner: Ramen
Dessert: Leftover banana bars, also took a bit of the ganache from the top of them that was in the fridge… heated it up and poured it over thin slices of ice cream. It worked really well, and reminded me of the fresh-dipped bars you used to be able to get in Haggen Daz stores.
