Lunch: Leftover Mac&Cheese
Afternoon snack: Halloween candy, iced tea
Dinner: A chicken dish out of Mario Batali cookbook… it was Ok. Also, rice and green beans.
Dessert: Halloween candy

TUESDAY I ATE

Breakfast: Granola, cranberry juice
Lunch: Went to Angeline’s Louisiana Kitchen in Berkeley. I had the Creole shrimp, which was delicious. Also the chocolate pot de creme, which was outstanding. Plus “Swamp water” which is iced tea and lemonade. Apparently, they used to call it an Arnold Palmer, but maybe that wasn’t Louisiana enough. Great spot; look forward to going back.
Afternoon snack: Coke zero
Dinner: Mac&Cheese. Green salad.
Dessert: See’s candy

MONDAY I ATE

Breakfast: Leftover crepe with yogurt and honey
Morning Snack: Pepperidge farm cookie
Lunch: Leftover spaghetti with meat sauce
Afternoon snack: Some fudge, candy corn, Coke zero
Dinner: Leftover spaghetti with bolognese. Green salad
Dessert: See’s candy

Breakfast: Experimental crepes with greek yogurt and jam and honey. Also bacon
Lunch: Steak sandwich. Grapes.
Afternoon snack: Misc melange of Halloween candy, and leftover treats. Coke zero
Dinner: Spaghetti bolognese.
Dessert: A last piece of fudge and a lemon bar

Breakfast: Waffles with maple syrup
Morning Snack: Leftover chocolate chip cookie dough bars
Lunch: Turkey sandwich
Afternoon snack: More cookie dough bars
Dinner: Steak, potatoes, salad, broccoli
Dessert: As much candy as I could slip out of the girls’ bags without being obvious

Breakfast: Granola, cranberry juice
Lunch: Burrito from Publico Urban Taqueria at UCSF. This was a very good burrito with a sweet sort of tomatillo salsa that I really loved
Afternoon snack: Iced tea. Like 4 M&Ms, so I don’t know why I bother to write it down
Dinner: A grape risotto that Suzanne experimented with. Also a green salad.
Dessert: See’s Candy

MONDAY I ATE

Breakfast: Granola, cranberry juice
Lunch: PB&J and Buffalo Bleu Kettle chips
Afternoon snack: Some Pepperidge Farm cookies, cheese and crackers, a tangerine soda, and a Coke zero. Man, department staff meetings are awesome!
Dinner: Pork noodle stir fry from Eating Well
Dessert: See’s candy. Also a nibble of cookies while cleaning out the camping gear

Location: Yosemite Valley -> Home
Breakfast: Bacon & biscuits, this time with honey that we bought yesterday. It made a good thing even better. Also hot cocoa.
Morning Snack: Coke zero
Lunch: Stopped in Oakhurst at Alice’s BBQ. Really good brisket sandwich (loved the onion rings), but the pulled pork plate was even better. The corn bread was also great. Diet Coke
Dinner: Rice and green beans. Salad.
Dessert: A See’s candy
