Breakfast: English muffin with cream cheese and jelly
Morning Snack: Hot tea
Lunch: Peanut butter, bacon, banana and honey sandwich. Buffalo Bleu chips. Also a chocolate chip cookie.
Afternoon snack: Coke zero. Some caramel corn
Dinner: Experimental egg cups with tomato. Green salad
Dessert: Leftover cupcakes

WEDNESDAY I ATE

Breakfast: English muffin with cream cheese and jam. Salami
Morning Snack: Let’s see… it was “Administrative staff appreciation day” so we had waffles, with strawberries and cool whip, bacon, quiche, and a mimosa
Lunch: A chicken sandwich with avocado. Also added some bacon left over from breakfast. Buffalo bleu chips
Afternoon snack: Coke zero. Some TJ’s peanut butter cups
Dinner: Leftover tacos
Dessert: Experimental chocolate cupcakes

MONDAY I ATE

Breakfast: English muffin with cream cheese, jam, and salami
Morning Snack: Apple
Lunch: Sandwich with leftover chicken, cheese, hummus. Also buffalo bleu chips
Afternoon snack: Coke zero. Jelly beans
Dinner: Rice, sausage, zucchini moons. Green salad
Dessert: Experimental strawberry shortcake

SUNDAY I ATE

Breakfast: Hot tea. Chocolate chip pancakes, courtesy of Tessa
Lunch: Leftover Mac&Cheese with leftover ribs and chicken
Afternoon snack: Coke zero. Chocolate chips
Dinner: Noodles with pork at Toss. Remember to get the chicken instead of the pork next time
Dessert: After the Billy Collins / Aimee Mann show, went to Rendez Vous on Solano for dessert. Had the chocolate mousse, which was mediocre and the crepe tartin, which was awesome

SATURDAY I ATE

Breakfast: Hot tea. English muffin with cream cheese and strawberry jam. Salami
Morning Snack: Iced tea.
Lunch: Leftover Mac&Cheese.
Afternoon snack: Coke zero. Chocolate chips. Cheese and crackers and smoked almonds before dinner
Dinner: Grilled chicken, Ribs (pre-cooked, then grilled… quite tasty). Asparagus. Pasta salad.
Dessert: Experimental eclairs. Filled with the 3 holes in the bottom technique, which went very well.

Lunch: Meeting food… tacos, rice, beans. Hard to eat while talking. Diet Coke.
Afternoon snack: Heavy appetizers at meeting… cheese, crackers, sliders, a couple of Izzy sodas. Mocha Frappe
