TUESDAY I ATE

Breakfast: English muffin with cream cheese and jam. Salami
Morning Snack: Apple
Lunch: Sandwich with leftover chicken and hummus. Honey Dijon Kettle chips, which are a poor substitute for my favorite, but all I could find.
Afternoon snack: Chocolate chip cookie and iced tea
Dinner: Tacos
Dessert: Small dish of Thin Mint ice cream
