Friday I Ate:

Breakfast: Shredded Wheat and grapefruit juice

Mid-morning snack:  honey yogurt, cookie dough-brownie bonbons

Lunch:  leftover brussels sprouts and bacon pizza

Mid-afternoon snack:  carrots sticks, celery, and cucumber slices,

Dinner:  pasta with broccoli rabe and sausage (from Cook’s Illustrated Quick Recipe Cookbook), green salad, cookie dough-brownie bonbons
